The All-In-Implant™ System
The system was developed by Dr Lon McRae (DMD) and Marius van Tonder (RDTSA). It is aimed at preservation of the interdental papillae and original gingival contours as well as limiting bone loss to the absolute minimum.
We believe the best time to place an implant is with extraction. The system does not require immediate loading and the same results are achieved by placing a custom healing abutment.
Our ability to do an accurate virtual extraction in our planning software allows us to plan the implant and design the restorations pre-extraction of the natural tooth.
The Dentist or Dental Specialist has everything pre-manufactured and available at the day of tooth extraction.
This is the least invasive implant procedure and one common factor after doing hundreds of these cases, is the fact that the patients have virtually no pain after the procedure.
In reality, the most difficult part of the surgery is the extraction.
All-In-Implant™ Complete Workflow
The All-In-Implant™ Complete option provides both the custom healing abutment and the final custom abutment with the temporary crown.
With qualifying torque and ISQ values, the final custom abutment and temporary crown are placed. Should the torque and ISQ values be too low, the custom healing abutment can be placed. The final custom abutment and temporary crown will be placed after integration.
Each part of the procedure is carefully planned and designed as seen in the images below. In this case, the immediate load protocol was used (All-In-Implant™ Complete)
All-In-Implant™ 2-Stage Workflow
With non-qualifying torque and ISQ values or in cases where the practitioner does not have peace of mind to load the implant immediately, a custom healing abutment is placed.
