Implant Planning & Surgical Guide File For In-Office Printing from $95.00
Implant Planning & Printed Surgical Guide from $190.00
Guided Implant placement is fast becoming the standard of care therefor we believe every implant should be planned and placed fully guided. Research has proven that the accuracy of implants placed fully guided by inexperienced Dentists or Dental Specialists are significantly more accurate than those placed free-hand by experienced Dentists and Dental Specialists.

The All-In-Implant™ system is a revolutionary new way of implant restorations. This is our specialty.
The surgery will include atraumatic extraction, immediate implant placement and grafting of the socket/sockets. Based on the preference of the Dentist or Dental Specialist, either a final custom abutment and temporary crown or a custom healing abutment is placed.
All-In-Implant™ Complete cases include both the custom healing abutment, final custom abutment and temporary crown. Should adequate primary stability be achieved, the final custom abutment ant temporary crown is placed.
Should primary stability not be achieved, the custom healing abutment will be placed. Upon integration of the implant, the custom healing abutment is replaced with the final custom abutment. Adjustments to the margin can be made if needed and the case is then scanned with the IOS as if it is a crown preparation.
While waiting for the lab to manufacture the final restoration, the temporary crown is placed.
All-In-Implant™ 2-Stage cases are selected if immediate loading is not preferred. In these cases the custom healing abutment is placed. Upon integration, the custom healing abutment is removed, scan abutment placed and scanned and sent to the lab for the final screw retained crown or separate custom abutment and crown.
A unique workflow for CEREC® doctors using the URIS Implant System.
This workflow allows for chairside CAD and/or CAM of custom healing abutments and/or custom final abutments and temporary crowns for the All-In-Implant™ System.
These guides are designed from the designed restoration to enable the Dentist or Dental Specialist to create a natural emerge proflie of the gingiva. A soft tissue laser is used.
This service is available to URIS Implant users only.
Their guided sinus lift system allows for guided sinus lift combined with implant placement using a single sinus lift guided kit.
As far as we are concerned, this is the most simple, yet most accurate system available, giving peace of mind to both beginner and experienced Dentists and Dental Specialists.
These guides are used for PET (Partial Extraction Therapy) and guides a 2mm drill to the apex of the tooth.
This simplifies and speeds up the process.
Since the planning for the PET is done at the same time as the planning for the implant placement, we ensure that the socket shield will not interfere with the planned implant position.
This is yet another unique service we offer.
We plan the extraction of multirooted teeth to ensure the preservation of bone and gingival contours during extraction.
We provide a coronal reduction guide and a root sectioning guide.
Three pilot holes of 2mm in diameter guides the angulation of sectioning to ensure the optimal path of extraction of each root.
In some cases a second sectioning guide is provided for diverging buccal roots.
These guides are often used in conjunction with the All-In-Implant™ system to ensure bone and gingival contours are preserved.
We selected six implant systems to which users we are able to offer our services.
These systems give us the flexibility to plan each case with upmost precision, linked to their guided surgery kits that provide sleeve diameter options, offset options and the ability to ensure accurate timing of the implant.
